Digi SPK-3000 Series
The SPK-3000 automatically measures the length, width, height and weight of packages flowing over its conveyor belt. Packages are transported at a maximum rate of 70 m/minute. The system can measure packages measuring up to 153 cm in length, and a compensation function automatically corrects for errors resulting from diagonal package placement and returns correct measurements. RS-232C, RS-422, and Ethernet interfaces are a standard feature, making it easy to share data with upstream systems. With its ability to measure moving packages, the SPK-3000 finds application in busy distribution centers, such as those found in the air cargo, home delivery, warehousing, and transport industries.
